Our Farm
Red Truck Farm is a small scale, certified organic mixed vegetable farm located in Ridgefield, Washington (15 miles North of Portland, OR). We grow a mix of salad greens and other vegetables on 1.5 acres and sell our produce to local grocers, a CSA and online store, and through an honor system stand at the farm. We have been in operation since 2008 and now grow year-round for our community. At our farm we work as a collaborative team, do a lot of cross training, and identify focus areas for team members based on what will be the most efficient for the system; taking into account opportunities for growth and learning as well as personal enjoyment. We are a small team so most of us do most of the tasks required to keep the farm running each week. At Red Truck Farm we seek to respect each other’s full humanity, have some fun, and change the world just a little bit while producing incredible produce for our community.
The Farm and CSA Assistant Manager will work alongside the Farm Owner, Farm Manager and CSA Manager to implement the farm and marketing plan for the 2026 growing season.
